In version 0.5.0, we have added the ability to automatically analyze heart health data collected by Apple Watch. We analyze this data to show what is happening with the nervous system throughout the day, the level of stress on the body, its ability to withstand stress, and how well you recover overnight. In this version, we started redesigning the trends tab and have already made some improvements.
